Aisling Parkinson joined DAC Beachcroft Dublin in 2019 following more than 12 years at a large corporate firm where she was a Senior Associate in their Employment Group.
She advises on all aspects of employment and equality law, both in contentious, including injunctions, and non-contentious strategic and advisory matters.
Aisling has extensive experience in respect of all issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship, including internal grievance, disciplinary and termination processes, general compliance with working time models and advising on best practice contracts and policies.
Having spent fifteen months on secondment on a part-time basis with a leading financial institution, in conjunction with her role as a private practice advisor, Aisling has a unique insight into the day to day employment issues facing employers.
Aisling’s clients have included a variety of large multinational employers seeking advice assistance in the management of general employment related issues, to include issues such as agile working and working time models, with particular focus on international tech companies, retail corporates and financial institutions.
